REMIT

Ο REMIT είναι ο Κανονισμός (ΕΕ) αριθ. 1227/2011 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 25ης Οκτωβρίου 2011 για την ακεραιότητα και διαφάνεια στη χονδρική αγορά ενέργειας, ο οποίος στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση φαινομένων χειραγώγησης της αγοράς και κατάχρησης εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών.

Σε συμμόρφωση με το Άρθρο 4 του REMIT, ο TAP δημοσιεύει τα επείγοντα μηνύματα αγοράς (UMMs) κάτωθι.

Η έναρξη και λήξη συμβάντων θα δίνεται στην Συντονισμένη Παγκόσμια Ώρα (Coordinated Universal Time - UTC).

      Due to an unexpected issue that occurred during the Forward Firm Daily auction at the IP of Kipoi for Gas Day of 30/08/2025, TAP will activate the “Back-up Capacity Allocation Process” as defined in TAP Network Code Article 6.1(e) to allow Registered Parties to reserve Forward Firm Daily unbundled capacity for Gas Day 30/08/2025. The auction will start at 17:30 CEST and last for 30 minutes in accordance to the ENTSOG Auction Calendar, the auction will be managed through the application of Uniform Price Auction Algorithm. In order to participate to the auction the Registered Parties shall send to commercial.operations@tap-ag.com the “Capacity Booking Request Form” duly completed and signed by an authorised legal representative latest by 18:00 CEST. Shippers shall include the following text in the communication with TAP for requests via email: “With reference to the Back-up Capacity Allocation Procedure published on the Transporter’s website, please find closed the Booking Request Form"

      Dear users, please note that due to planned infrastructural works along the pipeline, as part of TAP Expansion Project following the successful outcome of the first Binding Phase of the 2021 Incremental Capacity Process, the expected Technical Capacity for Gas Days 09/07/25, 16/07/25, 21/07/25 and 25/07/25 at the IP of Kipoi will be 349,887,515 kWh/D while at the IP of Melendugno the expected Technical Capacity will be 290,866,796 kWh/d. Currently no Capacity Restriction at any IP is foreseen. Should there be any changes, we will keep the market informed by updating this UMM

      Please note that from Gas Day 19/09/2024 up to and including Gas Day 30/09/2024 the information of the Physical Flow and GCV at the Interconnection Point of Kipoi will not be published in real time on TAP's Public Electronic Data Platform and on ENTSOG’s Transparency Platform, but only after the end of the relevant Gas Day.The delay in the publication of the data is due to the infrastructural works at the IP of Kipoi that TAP has previously communicated with UMM on 22/08/2024 and that are part of the TAP Expansion Project, which has been triggered following the successful outcome of the first Binding Phase of the 2021 Incremental Capacity Process.

      Dear users, please note that TAP planned from 19/09/24 until 30/09/24 infrastructural works at the IP of Kipoi as part of TAP Expansion Project following the successful outcome of the first Binding Phase of the 2021 Incremental Capacity Process. During this period TAP will maximize the available capacity at the IP and at the same time to act as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator,from Gas Day 17/09/24 until Gas Day 01/10/24 (included), the expected Technical Capacity at the IP of Kipoi will be 349887515 kWh/D while at the IP of Melendugno the expected Technical Capacity will be 290866796 kWh/d. (Currently is not foreseen any Capacity Restriction at any IP). Should there be any changes, we will keep the market informed updating this UMM

      In line with TAP’s applicable regulatory framework, please note that no capacity is available to be offered by TAP as Forward Firm Yearly Capacity at TAP Interconnection Points of Kipoi, Nea Mesimvria and Melendugno during the upcoming annual auction. At the IP Komotini, TAP will offer capacity in the regular annual auction up to gas year 2029/2030 to enable potential allocation of bundled capacity in the future Binding Phase for incremental capacity via an alternative allocation mechanism.
