ESIA Italy - Additional documents (in Italian)
On 17 April 2014, TAP, well ahead of schedule, submitted additional documents for integration into the ESIA application to the Ministry of Environment and of Cultural Heritage in Italy and to all the relevant authorities involved in the authorization procedure.
These integrations were requested by the Ministries on 18 and 20 March 2014. The documentation consists of one comprehensive file and 17 attachments, with a total amount of more than 1200 pages, 50 tables and a video, all of which respond in a comprehensive way to the request from the Italian authorities, including the answers to the observations from the public.
The documentation also includes TAP’s response to the negative opinion on ESIA given by the Puglia Region on 20th January 2013, on the basis of the Regional Council decision from the 14th January 2014.
